• Pregnancy and postpartum psychological changes and the need for assistance
• Antenatal care
• Sexual health and family planning, supporting the partner.
• Vaccination schedule, newborn care, and significant infant milestones
• Early childhood infections, identifying development deficits and other abnormalities.
• Demonstration on breastfeeding positions, newborn bathing techniques, holding and burping techniques, umbilical cord care, injection site care, etc.
• Nutrition for a healthier baby from the mother, feeding the infant, and weaning.
• Sexual well-being and supporting the partner.
• Exercises for expectant and postpartum with demonstrations
