As a leading authority on workplace culture, Great Place To Work - Sri Lanka, the local branch of the global Great Place to Work Institute, conducts comprehensive assessments of workplaces, focusing on trust, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie among employees. We are thrilled to announce that in the recent surveys conducted by Great Place to Work Sri Lanka, with full participation from all employees of Asiri Central Hospital and Asiri Hospital Kandy Hospitals are eligible to receive Great Place to Work certification. Both institutions have been recognized as trustworthy and fair workplaces, providing an optimal environment for service with a rating of over 70%.
